Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the Blue Paradise website, enquiries, bookings, stays, coworking use, shared spaces, and visits to the property.
Operator and legal information
Blue Paradise is a coliving property located at C. Rubens Marichal López, 51, 38004 Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. Contact: info@blueparadisecoliving.com, +34 618 557 334. Before relying on this page in production, the property owner must add the exact legal entity name, tax identification number, company registration details if applicable, and any tourism or accommodation registration number required by Spanish or Canary Islands law.
Acceptance and scope
By accessing the website, sending an enquiry, making a booking, entering the property, staying overnight, using coworking facilities, or attending a visit or activity, you agree to these terms and to any booking conditions, house rules, safety instructions, and lawful staff directions communicated before or during your stay.
Bookings, prices, and payments
Prices, availability, deposits, taxes, cancellation rules, minimum stays, included services, and payment timings are the ones shown during the booking process or confirmed in writing. A booking is not confirmed until Blue Paradise or the relevant booking provider confirms it. Guests must provide accurate information and may be asked for valid identification, payment details, and arrival information.
Guest registration and eligibility
Guests and visitors must comply with registration, identification, immigration, public safety, tax, and accommodation rules that apply in Spain and the Canary Islands. Blue Paradise may refuse or cancel a booking if required information is missing, inaccurate, unlawful, or cannot be verified. Guests must be legally able to enter into the booking contract, or be accompanied by a responsible adult where required.
House rules and shared spaces
Blue Paradise is a shared coliving environment. Guests must treat other guests, staff, neighbours, the property, and shared facilities with respect. The following are not allowed unless Blue Paradise gives written permission: parties, excessive noise, unregistered overnight guests, smoking outside designated areas, illegal substances, unsafe behaviour, harassment, discrimination, damage to property, misuse of coworking equipment, or conduct that disrupts the community or neighbours.
Right of admission and removal from the property
To protect safety, security, legal compliance, the property, neighbours, staff, guests, and the community atmosphere, the property owner, operator, manager, or authorised staff may refuse entry, cancel access, end a stay, or require any guest, visitor, contractor, or other person to leave the property immediately. Where permitted by applicable law, Blue Paradise may do this at its discretion and without providing a detailed reason.
- This right may be used, including without limitation, for breach of house rules, unpaid balances, suspected fraud, safety concerns, excessive noise, intoxication, harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, illegal activity, property damage, unauthorised guests, or conduct that affects other guests, staff, neighbours, or the property.
- Blue Paradise will not exercise this right for unlawful discriminatory reasons. Any refund, charge, or cancellation consequence will be handled according to applicable law and the booking conditions.
Property access, maintenance, and emergencies
Blue Paradise respects guest privacy. Staff may access rooms or private areas when reasonably necessary for cleaning, maintenance, inspection, safety, legal compliance, suspected rule breaches, or emergencies. Notice will be given where practical, but no notice is required in an emergency or where immediate access is reasonably necessary.
Damage, belongings, and liability
Guests are responsible for damage, loss, extra cleaning, missing items, fines, or costs caused by them or their visitors. Personal belongings remain the guest responsibility. Blue Paradise does not exclude or limit liability where this would be unlawful, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or rights that cannot be waived under consumer law.
Website use and intellectual property
Website content is provided for general information and booking support. Blue Paradise may update content, availability, prices, facilities, and these terms. Text, images, branding, design, and other website materials belong to Blue Paradise or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except where permitted by law.
Complaints, law, and changes
If something goes wrong, contact Blue Paradise as soon as possible so the issue can be assessed and addressed during the stay where possible. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you. Blue Paradise may update these terms by publishing the updated version on this website.
