Allergen-free
Pets are not permitted.
Smoke-free
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, in the garden, or on the terraces. Colivers who wish to smoke may do so outside the property.
Responsible social life
We enjoy wine, sunset drinks, and social dinners, but excessive alcohol consumption, disruptive behavior, and drug use are not compatible with our community.
Quiet nights during the week
Everyone works the next morning, so weekdays stay quiet. Bigger social gatherings usually happen on Fridays and weekends.
Shared responsibility
A great community does not happen automatically. Everyone contributes by cleaning up after themselves, respecting shared spaces, being considerate of others, and communicating openly.

To keep these values alive, the property and management team of Blue Paradise Coliving reserve themselves the right of admission — no need to argue each case individually.
