Good to know
Answers before you pack.
The things people ask before they book — bookings, rooms, work setup, and what daily life actually looks like here.
01
Booking
Dates, minimum stays, and how to secure a room.
How do I book a stay?
Use the booking page to check availability and request your dates. If the widget does not show what you need, contact us and we will confirm options directly.
Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stays depend on the season. In high season (November to March), the minimum stay is one month. In low season (June to September), it is one week. In mid-season (April, May, October), the minimum stay is two weeks.
Do prices vary by season?
Yes, they do. If you want the most affordable rates, summer (low season) is ideal. If you want to escape the winter cold, the high season (November to March) is perfect, offering Tenerife’s mild climate. It really depends on your priorities!
Can I stay longer than one month?
Yes, longer stays are welcome when the calendar allows it. There is a long-term discount from the second month onwards.
02
The house
Rooms, shared spaces, and daily life.
Are rooms private?
Yes. You get a private room set up for living and working, with shared common areas for cooking, meals, and hanging out.
Is Blue Paradise more like a hotel or a shared house?
It is closer to a shared house with a professional setup. Expect privacy in your room, shared dinners when people are around, and a social rhythm that stays relaxed.
Are there rooms suitable for couples or friends?
Yes! Six out of our seven rooms are perfect for couples, as they come with double beds. Rooms with king beds can be split into two separate singles if needed. The only exception is the Pineapple Room, which has a queen bed that cannot be separated. While it’s great for couples, it may not be ideal for two friends wanting separate beds. We have flexible options to suit both couples and friends.
Are there periodic cleaning services or additional services?
Yes. We clean common areas—kitchen, living room, terraces—twice a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays). For private rooms, we handle the initial and final cleaning. If a guest wants an extra room cleaning (including sheets, towels, and thorough bathroom cleaning) during their stay, this optional service is available for €26 per cleaning.
03
Work setup
Wi-Fi, desks, calls, and coworking.
Is the internet reliable enough for remote work?
The house is designed for remote workers, with reliable internet, proper work surfaces, and quieter corners for calls.
Do rooms have desks?
Yes. Rooms are set up for actual work days, not just sleeping. The coworking areas are available when you want a more focused setup.
Can non-residents use the coworking?
Yes, coworking passes are available for non-residents when capacity allows it.
04
Tenerife life
Getting around, weather, and the island rhythm.
What is the best season to come to Tenerife?
It depends on what matters to you. For lower prices, summer (low season) is best. If you want to avoid winter cold, November to March is ideal, as Tenerife has a uniquely warm climate in Europe.
Do I need a car?
Not for every day, but a car helps if you want to explore Anaga, beaches, surf spots, and villages on your own schedule.
What should I pack?
Pack for warm days, cooler evenings, swimming, hiking, and a few windy moments. Tenerife changes quickly between coast, city, and mountains.
Is it social every day?
The house is social, but not forced. Some days are shared dinners and island plans; other days everyone is working quietly.
