From scattered notes to a second brain
Notes in five apps, files in three drives, decisions buried in chats and calls. Another note-taking app still leaves you doing the filing.
This 90-minute workshop focused on a different approach: one folder, a few written rules and Claude Cowork. The live demo showed how AI can turn messy notes, PDFs and links into a wiki, maintain an archive and help you find what you need.
The programme
The architecture: one folder, five subfolders and a few written rules for the whole system.
The librarian: turn messy notes, PDFs and links into a clean, cross-linked wiki with Claude.
The autopilot: one prompt and one scheduled task to run the process every morning.
The payoff: query your own information, from drafting an onboarding procedure to finding what you decided in March and why.
The social: sharing platters, drinks and conversations with Tenerife’s remote community.
Speaker: Slavi Slavev
Slavi Slavev is a two-time founder with three years leading AI adoption in companies with more than $500 million in revenue, helping teams move from their first prompts to automated workflows. He has been featured in The New York Times, BBC, MIT Technology Review and CNBC, and has served as an MIT Solve judge.
Who it was for
Remote workers, digital nomads, freelancers, consultants, founders, solopreneurs and managers. The workshop was in English and required no coding or prior AI experience.
Hosted by Blue Paradise
Part of Blue Paradise Connect, hosted by Blue Paradise Coliving, founded by Selene: a home in Tenerife for remote workers and entrepreneurs.
Admission and menu
The workshop was free. The venue required a €10 menu per person: Mediterranean tapas to share between three people (hummus, garlic prawns and croquettes), plus a soft drink or water.
